If you lost your rank in-game, follow these steps to restore it:

1. Use the command /claim-perks in our Discord to reclaim your rank.
2. Ensure you are logged into the correct account that made the purchase.
3. If your rank is still missing, contact our support team on Discord for further assistance.

Note: In the event of a server wipe, players may lose their ranks. However, you can easily reclaim your rank by using the /claim-perks command in Discord.
